Emphasis is placed on developing a personal vision and approach to picture making. The class work can be done in any format: digital, film, black & white, or color. Solid basic photographic knowledge is required. The instructor will lead insightful, engaging critiques of student work, assign a theme and give individual feedback on the progress of the work. A brief history of photography will be presented and the work of noted photographers will be introduced.
