Processing Lab Rules:

  • Members can not develop any color film in the processing lab, even if they bring their own chemistry.
  • Do not start developing film when it is less than 1 hour before the facility closes.
  • Clean up any messes you may make. All reusable materials used must be rinsed with water and put on the drying rack when done being used.
  • Be considerate with the amount resources you use.
  • Stop bath, fixer, and perma wash can be reused, and must not be dumped down the drain. Please return these chemicals to their respective jugs. If any of these chemicals have reached the end of their life, let a staff member know and they will replace it and dispose of the chemical correctly.
  • Turn off the film drying cabinet for at least 10 seconds before placing your own film in there, to reduce errant dust on others’ film.
