Course Description

Bring your images from the screen to reality while exploring the vibrant world of inkjet printing in our hands-on workshop This class is designed for photography enthusiasts and professionals alike, aiming to enhance their printmaking skills with high-resolution, large-format outputs. Using an Epson SureColor P7570, participants will learn the nuances of color management, paper selection, and profile adjustments to achieve gallery-quality prints. Throughout the workshop, you’ll receive guidance to refine your technique and maximize the capabilities of the Epson SureColor P7570, ensuring you leave with prints that showcase your artistic vision. Join us to unlock new creative possibilities in your photographic work! Prior experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom is necessary. You are encouraged to bring a laptop with current version of Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom and a USB flash drive or hard drive. The class will supply 2 complete prints, and should the student want to print more, a materials fee will be charged per print and print size.

Requirements

Please bring a laptop with current version of Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom and thumb drive. Photo Center Orientation is not required for this class, but it is required if student wishes to come to the Photo Center outside the workshop to develop film on their own and/or print their own photos in the Darkroom.
