Course Description
This is a required course for all potential members of the Photo Center; this course is not required to take the Photo Center’s other class offerings.
The orientation includes: a talk about the rules and regulations of the Photography Center, a complete tour of the facility including a tour of our thirty enlarger darkroom and film developing room, and learn about the uses of the dry mount presses. The orientation will also discuss what is and isn’t required to use the space as a member.
After the tour, there will be a question and answer session to address any questions attendees may have about the facilities, classes offered, and other general analog photography questions. Participants can pick one of the available dates to drop-in. If an orientation is full, please call the Photo Center to see if dropping in without registration is available: (415) 554-9522
